They are divided by groups: Initial and intermediate: Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Advanced: Monday and Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lion Dance: Wednesdays: 7pm and Saturdays 10am (for students with a minimum of 3 months of practice)

You will need to bring: fresh water, a towel for perspiration and especially have comfortable, loose clothing, pants that do not squeeze your legs, so you can kick high!

Our school offers classes for children from 6 years of age, focusing on light, cognitive and motor training so that the child develops their abilities. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Our spaces are conditioned for the training of young people in the full development of their capacities, to strengthen their body, mind and spirit.

We are dedicated to teaching adults and special kung fu work for students over 50, managing to condition the body, reaching an advanced age with better physical conditions.

Existen varias etapas: -Momento de relajación, despeje de mente, sacarse los nervios del día, grupos de amistad, entrada en calor, ejercicios en pareja, formas de mano, guantes focos, combates (solo para los que quieran y el maestro considere que este apto/a y mucho más! Algunas veces entrenarás muy duro para elevar tu nivel, siguiendo correcciones específicas del maestro. Cuanto más te esfuerces mayor será tu éxito personal!

The school will provide the students with the official T-shirt and pants for training at an affordable price so they can wear the regulation Kung Fu clothing.

The subscription may vary depending on the time of the year with a prior notice of 1 month, if you are new check the values up to date.

The graduations have a cost, depending on the level and rank, consult at the moment the values to date.
